Hi guys,

Been thinking of setting up a small biz selling small little plants like succulents and would like to be able to ship internationally. But i understand that this can be complicated and differs from country to country. However, I see ppl selling similar items on ebay/amazon and don't seem to mention anything such as phytosanitary certs. If i'm importing only a few small plants (not a prohibited plant), will i still require to apply permits?

And if i'm interpreting this site correctly, if i'm importing less than 13 plants INTO US, I do not require permit is that correct? http://www.aphis.usda.gov/plant_health/permits/permit_plantmaterials.shtml
