how to remove big tree from chain link fence?

Hello all.

My neighbor's fence has these 2 really annoying bushes. Ive been keeping my side of the fence free of the nasty things but now that theyve put their house up for sale and moved out i asked if i could remove them. They said sure... so anyways after trimming all the offshoots im left with 2 two inch diameter bush "trunks" that have wildly grown and have gotten entangled in the fence.

Is there any way i can remove these? A coworker suggested i burn then...

Any suggestions or help is very welcomed
