Take a nasty cigar, cut it up into 1 inch slices, put them in a empty milk jug, fill the jug with warm water, cap and set aside for one week..................then, sprinkle the solution where you don't want the dog......reapply after each rain.

This is an old swamp-yankee trick passed down through the generations.....It works every time!......unless.....the dog smokes cigars.
