You need to have one hand made at machine shop take one your in have change hole sizes. If handy you may can make it

Just weld 1" flat washers over the holes of the 1 3/4" one and drill out every other hole in the 3/8" one to 3/4". Crude but cheap. Don't know the cost but as GR said a welding shop could probably make them.

Too bad we're not neighbors. W/ some 12 ga metal and good quality 1" and 3/4" hole saws we could make some pretty easy.
