Most kitchen sinks are around 30" wide. Are you sure you're not looking at the dimension from front to back? How much counter space will you have?

This is a very small NY apt. kitchen. With a 19" wide sink I will have approx. 22" on the right before I hit a wall and 28" on the left before the stove top

This is an interesting problem. I was feeling so sorry for your having such a small sink space until I went and looked at my two part sink which is 30" wide. But the part I use almost exclusively is only 16" wide. I use the other part to stack dishes I wash by hand.
So go with the smaller one!

? Don't understand what you meant by, "3 ...".
