My snowblower does not move in reverse, it goes into reverse, the friction disc moves to the reverse area of the aluminum plate but it does not grab. The snowblwer works fine in forward. I have adjusted the shifter so that it goes as far into reverse as possible, and cleaned the disk and plate with brake cleaner, but it still does not work in reverse.

I think that I need a friction disc for my 10 hp, 29 inch Noma snowblower, Model #C51029DEL. Do you know where I may find cross referenced parts to Ariens, MTD, etc?
