My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

They are both high quality units and, with reasonable care, should give many years of good service. Ensure the engine has good compression and that the gearbox is not sloppy or making excessive noise, the latter is expensive to repair. Do you have a local dealer, Maruyama is virtually unknown here.
