Need help again

I think this is a stupid question....but, you know the HFGH poly panels, how they are covered with plastic film. Well I think this is supposed to stay on but mine is all peeling off, my DH thinks it should come off that it is just for shipping. Is it? Thanks to anyone who helps

Not stupid at all. It does come off though. That is just for shipping.
