Toro Power Clear 221E question

I have a one year old Toro, and with yesterdays snow I noticed that it wasnt throwing the snow but a couple of feet. I had noticed this before, but thought the weight of the snow had something to do with it. I am calling the dealer tomorrow, but untill then I am wondering what could be wrong with it?

Any quick ideas?

I'm not familiar with Toro snowblowers, but if my Ariens was doing this I would check the adjustment of the belt that drives the augers and impeller. It may be loose. Your manual should explain how to check and adjust the belt tension.
