Check for loose carb mounting bolts, loose cylinder to block bolts, clogged muffler (try starting it with muffler off!) check for compression. Did you forget over summer and install plain fuel, not a mix?
As a last resort--check the flywheel key to see if it has sheared. Might get a surprise there.

And how long was this container sitting around condensing moisture? Drain the fuel and try fresh mix.

IMO you've flooded it and the oil in the gas has coated the spark plug and it won't fire. IMO you also have oil soaked combustion chamber and crankcase sump. This sometimes happens to me and I remove the plug wash if off with carb cleaner, then I spray a 3 to 4 second blast of carb cleaner into the spark plug hole to wash out the oils soaked parts, motor it over of a few seconds to blow out the residue. I do this two or three times. Now the combustion chamber is primed for starting. install the plug and fire it up. Works for me. You also get a side benifit of the cleaning action of the carb. cleaner.
