I moved in 2008. Left my sprinklers behind. Sure wish I hadn't because I have gone through 3 of them in less than 3 years. My lawn is postage stamp sized. I really don't water that much but they keep breaking. Yes they are cheap and made in China. The last one was the type with the spinning blade like this:

I liked how it worked but the moving part is steel against aluminum and it wore out in 6 months.
