Thanks for a great forum! I got a lot of info from reading all your posts. However, I still can't quite figure out my problem. I have a Troy Bilt Horse that's pretty old (inherited from my grandfather). It sat unused for probably 15 years and the carb is totally gummed up. I tried to clean it and got it running, but when I try to go even slightly uphill, it quits as if it were running out of gas. When I go down hill, no problem. In fact, if I raise the depth setting and set the tines on the garage floor, that's enough of a slope to kill the engine. It used to bog down when I engaged the tines and tried to dig, but now that I cleaned the carb, it doesn't bog down at all. I can till like a champ as long as I'm on a down hill slope. I want to replace the carb, but don't know what to get. The serial number of the tiller is on the right side at the bottom of the tranny housing, and it is 11767. The sheet metal shroud around the engine is stamped on the left side just under the fuel tank. The engine model is HH60-10511H and the serial number is 4016D. After much searching on the web, I found a carb, part number 632213 that says it fits HH60-105115H. That's the closest I could find to matching mine, but mine is just one digit off. Does anyone know if this carb will fit my tiller? BTW, I also noticed that the float has a tiny crack and a little fuel in it. Should I replace the float first?
