Stihl 051 into a Stihl 075 ...

I've got a Stihl 051 that will need a new cylinder/piston kit. Can I purchase a Stihl 075 cylinder/piston kit and turn my 051 into an 075? I've heard rumors ... anyone ever do it/have experience with it? Any other parts that woul need replacing?

Those are old saws, parts are getting scarce. I started my small engine career in a Stihl dealership and serviced both models, we were in logging country. IMHO, the only advantage the 075 had was power, the 051 was more reliable.
