Toro Single Stage Snowblower questions

I've had a Simplicity single stage snowblower for 7 years and it's done pretty well, but the blade broke (it's metal) and it's been struggling lately. I've been impressed with what I've read about the Toros. I know it's the end of the season, but my local dealer is having a sale and he has the CCR 3650, the new Power Clear 221Q, and the Snow Commander.

Toro does not state the HP of the 221Q, but it has the same performance specs and engine size as the CCR 2450, so I'm guessing it's 5HP. I really like the newly designed remote chute rotator and adjuster. But am I losing significantly in performance by passing up on the 3650, especially since they are discontinued? Also the 221Q appears to have a scraper blade beneath that follows the contour of the ground. Seems this would catch on uneven pavement. Has anyone used the new Power Clear series?

I really had to lift up on the Simplicity to get it to self propel and clean down to the sidewalk. I like that the Snow Commander tilts down, but it seems heavier and more cumbersome. Do the other Toros single stage models do a decent job without having to lift so much?

Thanks.
