Plainsman II Tiller

My father has an older Plainsman II tiller with an Acme engine and an electric start. He did quite a bit of work on the tiller and cannot remember how the wiring hooks up. Can anyone provide a wiring diagram or some advice on how the 4 electrical wires connect?
