Thanks for the link Bill. In the tecumseh manual that part is called a throttle link in one spot and a hard link in another but still cant find the part on sears site.

I didn't dig really deep, but I believe you may find the linkage by googling 'ohh60 governor linkage'. I found numbers for what I assume are the rods or springs. There appear to be two rods. I have no idea if they are actually available for sale.
