NEW PROBLEM:

6HP Sears Craftsman pressue washer / 2400 psi / 2.2 gallons per minute....Model # 580.768330

anyway, I took the pump apart, cleaned it and replaced the unloader valve but now when I run the unit, water comes out of the pressure relief valve at the top of the pump. Im thinking that the water is somehow blowing by the oil seals. When I first ran the unit, oil came out of this valve. There is no way to check the oil level and I probably put too much back in it to begin with; but I know water isnt supposed to be coming out now.

Any suggestions?
