Shop Light install questions?

Figured I'd be safe asking in here, as my fellow too-shed freaks are sure to have come across this issue once or twice?

Few questions for those that are knowledgable or interested.

im working on my garage, and ive got a 2-plug outlet on my ceiling (one plug is occupied by my garage door opener)

Id like to install two (possibly three if possible).....This is what I have in mind: http://www.homedepot.com/webap...02059

Now, I guess Im a bit lost here, The outlet is not a switched outlet, so i guess thats not a big problem, i imagine the lights will have a pull string? if not, what options do i have?

Secondly, i dont know diddly-squat about electricity. If i put an "outlet extender" to convert the one open outlet left into two outlets (thus a total of 3 things plugged in (two lights + garage door opener), would I be overloading the outlet/circuit? How can i measure to find out given the light fixture I want to use?

if anyone can offer any help it would make this job so much easier so I dont have to go to Home depot and wander around like a fool.
