My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I posted this on the tail end of an old posting and it might not have gotten noticed.

"I have a Montgomery Wards Rototiller model GIL 1565E. I'm looking for the pto/ clutch assembly. This is the arm w/ pulleys that mounts on the engine and the linkage. If anyone has the parts to sell, let me know."
