Help Choosing a Mower

This will be my first riding mower. I have slightly less than an acre. My front yard which is about 1/3 of the acre is a hill approx 30 degree with one small spot slightly steeper, maybe 40 degrees. The rest of the yard is mainly level. I want the mower to be able to tow an aerator. I am surrounded by trees so I also need a way to manage leaves. I was looking at a DR Leaf Vac so the mower needs to be able to this. The Mower needs to mulch well as I will not pick up grass clippings. Maneuverability is a plus to make it easier to mow around landscaping. I would like something that is of quality and that won't constantly breakdown.

I was initially looking at Deere x304 but the dealer suggested a X324 and even maybe the 500 series for the posi traction. X500 is a bit out of my price range. Excellent warranty. I feel like this is the safe choice as everything I have read touts Deere's reliability. I just don't know if the 300 series is the right tool for the job?

The other mower that has caught my eye is a Cub Z Force S 48. $4000 See it here:

I've looked for reviews but can't find much. The rear wheels drive just like a ZTR but the front wheels also steer. I think this would be good for hills as both rear wheel are always engaged like posi trac, maneuverable like a ZTR and fast. It has a welded deck. I don't know if this is a good thing or if stamped is better? Kawasaki engine a plus.

Thoughts and suggestions would be apprecitated
