I picked up an older Troybilt tiller with an HH60 engine. Does anyone know how to correctly check the oil level? Should the engine be level (seems right to me) or just as it sits on the ground and should the dip stick be screwed back in. It blows oil out the breather tube sometimes. so I wonder if I am overfilling it.
