My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I think they're discussing the HF 6x8 size greenhouse in that thread, since someone says it weighs 75+ pounds. If you're considering the HF 10x12, our box measured 8'2" by 2'2" by 1'2", and weighed about 200 pounds.
We're putting up our HF 10x12 right now, and I'm documenting the steps as we go. If you're considering the 10x12 size, I have some basic info in the first section of my blog that might be helpful (scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the sections.) Best of luck! Sheri
Good question...maybe they ship it by a freight company instead; the website doesn't say. We picked up our greenhouse at our local Harbor Freight store, in our pickup truck.
The 10x12 comes in a single large cardboard box, inside a rectangular lightweight steel cage, to protect it from damage. I saved the steel cage, put some big ceramic tiles on top, and I'm using it as a (rather plain) plant stand. :-)
