Greetings Fellas, Recently I went to take a look at a Harley for sale. When I finally found the correct house and pulled in the drive I spotted something with red handle-bars parked under an old oak tree by the shed mostly covered by a rotted tarp. Yup, a Troy Bilt Horse with Kohler M8 electric start, wrap around bumper, snow blade, hiller/furrower. Just sitting there for years. Still had all the paint on the original tines. I figure less than ten hours run time. Heck with the bike I bought the tiller for a grand even. Parts catalog that came with it had Model 12059 circled but no serial anywhere. The owner came by it as a gift and wasn't interested in gardening. Said he thought it was a 95 or 96. What Year did Troy Bilt stop stamping the serial numbers in the tranny housing ???
