Zama carb with no adjustments?

I was looking at a zama carb on a 2 year old Stihl hedgetrimmer. It was acting like it was lean so I looked for some sort of adjustors.

Nothing, not even covered up adjustors.

Then I noticed at the diaphragm there was a tiny depression next to it with what looked like a D appearing adjustor. Was that it?

I don't know about your carb. or if it has adjustments, but I have seen a "D" shaped needle head (hi low) adjustment. They are very rare to get a hold of. The recently older ones seem to have the round splined Hi low adjustment end, but he D shaped adjustment tool is not readly for sale. If you have to richen up the mixture I would try to turn it with a pair of needle nose pliers.
