Sorry to hear about your troubles. I just put one together about 6 weeks ago and had some what the same problem. It took me twice taking the wooden frame apart and re trimming. Do not go by the measurements given in the instructions you will never get it right. I got the 4 floor boards down placed the metal floor plates on top and figured out the placements. Hope this helps.

It took me a long time but finally found one other person that said they had to recut as well. But that was a very old post. Glad I'm not the only one and thanks for the concern.

So just place 16,17,34 parts down on the frame and trim the wood to fit so they bolt up. How much space did you leave between the boards in between where the metal bolts up to part number 1.

Also with them saying to put the floor sill parts on the outside edge of the wooden frame,my 4" wide wood still makes the sills far apart.

Anyone?

If you send me your photo I will look at it and see if I can advise you. It looks and seams very complicated but once you see your error it is very simple.

Thanks sent emails. I cut the front and rear boards to match the length of the metal sills. I guess I still have to do the same for the other two.
