My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Purchasing Lawn Equipment

I need to purchase a riding mower and have narrowed the search down to two models -- the Husqvarna YTH24V48LS and the Simplicity Regent 22/44. I have read what the forum here has to offer, but am looking for info on these specific models. Are there any thoughts or advice as to which would be the better quality mower over the long run? I have one acre of lawn with slopes approaching thirty degrees and only a couple of obstacles to mow around.

I will be testing both models out next week but would like a little info to go to the dealers with...
