I am tying to replace the fuel lines on my weedeater. I finally got both lines into the tank and hooke up. Does the filter go at the top or hang down in the tank. Also for some reason the choke works backwards ie. when I want to shut it off I have o have it fully choked and when I want it to run I have to put it in the off position. I thought I had my carberator in upside down but that did not seem to work.
