This is just a guess but it looks like a re-badged Ryobi, Check the MTD Products website. Most any mower shop will have fuel line for you, just take in a piece to match up the inside diameter. Check the Sears website for parts info, I'm not a fan of Sears but I understand they are pretty good about old parts. Eyeball the carb for a make and model. You will have better luck with carb parts for a "Zama model so & so" or a "Walbro model such & such" than a "Sears trimmer model #XYZ". If it hasn't been started in years I would pour a teaspoon of 2 stroke oil in the plug hole and work it around by pulling the starter slowly a few times to loosen things up. Plus it gives you that cool cloud of smoke that signals success.

I got the trimmer running yesterday after fitting a new fuel line. And yes, I got the copius blue smoke cloud upon startup. I still need to replace the foam air filter but by the looks of what came out, the foam is standard chair cushion. I've got an older but clean HVAC air filter that I'm cutting to fit. I was pleasantly surprised by the sound of the trimmer. The engine ran with a nice constant hum, no burping or oscillation. I do have to work with the gas tank screw cap. The threads are warped slightly and the cap screws on crooked. Also, during operation, gas/oil mix was bubbling up through the air hole in the gas cap. I'm thinking the hole in the gas cap is for air flow into the tank so I don't think that I can plug it. More tweaking to come but so far so good.

I have never experimented with different foam for air filters so I have no actual knowledge of this but I would keep an eye on the filter as your fuel mixture may dissolve the foam.
