Greeting all,

I have a MW (Gilson) GIL-1558D 8 HP (yep, 8HP! it's a beater here in the clay soil) front tine rototiller. I am having trouble getting a replacement forward drive belt and I'm just wondering if anyone here has any info for me. I'd love to get a manual or a copy of one. Even Toro can't find anything about this tiller. The engine S/N indicates that it's from 1975.

As for others who are looking for info as to how to install the belts, maybe this will help: http://www.datamp.org/shot.php?date=1959-09-08 and select patent 2903077. Even though this patent number is on my tiller, it does not seem to apply since my belts run vertically.
