1st greenhouse

My husband is building my 1st hoop greenhouse(8x10). Should receive my UV 6mil plastic soon (ordered on-line). I want to overwinter coleus & other flowers (perennials & annuals). I am a member of other garden sites with greenhouse forms. Now, I feel a little confused. I must be suffering from "GH Info. Overload." Please help! My heating methods: 55 gal water drums (# how many will fit on the north wall) with boards for plants to sit on top & electric heater. Do I also need bubble wrap for insulation? Will placing bricks, that the sun will warm, close to plants help? What about the floor? Would a gravel floor help to keep those plants on the floor warm? Do I need a small window? Can I use a tall swivel house fan? Would this be safe on a rubber mat with electrical wires elevated off floor? Yes, soooo many questions. Answers anyone? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
