You need to sign up to receive email specials and to answer your other question, the coupon may only be used as an online purchase. I know this because I called yesterday.

Now, the customer satisfaction department is the only branch that can sign you up and they are closed Saturdays and Sundays but their hours Monday - Friday are 9 am to 6 pm Eastern time and the phone number is: 800-444-3353.

Also, someone here may have a coupon they'll simply give you. I've seen this topic before and people frequently dish out the 20% coupons to others.

I got mine from a friends Entertainment Book.

There are different coupons for online purchases and in store purchases. You get some through the email and others in the store flyers.
