Husqvarna 435 chain saw

I was changing the chain on my Husqvarna 435 chain saw. When I removed the cover a black washer fell out but I couldn't tell where it came from of where it goes. The manual calls it a transportation ring but gives no information about it. The chain will not move on the bar so I am assumong it has something to do with this ring. Anyone have the same issue?

If you can get the IPL for your saw you may be able to track down where it may have come from.

Sometimes there are washers on the driveshaft for the sprocket, but that won't come off unless the sprocket can come off.

I'm guessing that the washer fell in there and is not part of your saws assembly.
