Bend it back. clamp the bent fork in the vise sideways (if vise is bolted down to something heavy or by wedging in something right at the bent area. then using the handle for leverage or a extension on the end of the handle and bend it back. Problem is once it bent and gets bent back it weaken the metal and will probably bend again or snap off. Some will say use a torch, heat it up bend it and drop it in a bucket of water. either way IMO it still weakens the metal at the bending spot.

+1 to rcmoser. I have had a tine bend on two different forks. Once bent they are weakened and do bend again.

I have had a couple of heavy tined forks from John Bull (Smith and Hawkin) tools. I have bent them back by inserting the tine just up to the rebending point into a piece of one half inch gas or water galvanized pipe placed on the ground under my foot and then pull up carefully on the handle. You can precisely rebend all tines exactly in line.
