Corona makes decent quality stuff for work, plus it is not as painful if they get lost or stolen. Otherwise Felco and Bahco are great brands.

Lee Valley is very nice but expensive. Gardener's Edge is pretty good. Kinsman is good but small and not as much variety. AM Leonard is huge and hard to find things on but they have good prices and service. There are a number of garden supply places but I have not found prices to vary by much, except for Lee Valley which seems to be the most expensive but also the most unique.
