Shade Roses

This little garden is on the north wall of my house and, as you can see, under the large white oak. It gets only about 4 hours of sun. The rose are: Crepuscle, Mon. Tillier, Zepherina D. with a sprig of Dr Huey that I don't cut out because he looks so pretty with Z., Jean Back Sisley, Charisma (one litltle bloom). In the foreground is Flowergirl, a 2000 floribunda who charmed me into buying her from a local nursery. Below Crepuscle is a 2' Annie Laurie McDowell who may get moved because the climbing hydrangea is taking over the lattice. The little white flowers on the ground are geraniums. There is also an hydrangea, three little shrubs of hypericum and a little fountain in there.
