I have a Craftsman GDO number 139.53648SRT2 manufactured in 1999. The past couple of days it is losing power intermittently. The light bulb will be on, and then when I try to operate the door, it will lose power due to the motion of the GDO. The power will come back on; it may take a couple of seconds or several hours. I assume there is a short somewhere in the system (I verified the socket is okay) but don't know if itÂs the capacitor or possibly the logic board.

I could capture a quick video, although I don't know how I could post it (youtube possibly).
