best method for installing w clips

I'm going to install my twinwall tomorrow. I thought I had bookmarked a site that showed the best way to deal with the w shaped spring glazing clips and now cannot find it. Can anyone direct me to a good explanation or tell me what they did? What kind of pliers or tool should I have on hand to aid the process? All the instructions say is to "put in the clips." DH wants a better explanation...

No tools needed. You just snap them into place. A little trial and error will be needed until you get the hang of it.

Put the two ends againt the outer lip of the metal upright,
the short center part holds against the polycarb and
two little bends snap into the groove formed between the polycarb and the upright.

If it doesn't work the first time, turn the clip over.
