I live in central NJ and am in the market for a good used snowblower. I figure a single stage should do fine, but correct me if I'm wrong.

The Ariens 522 ($200) and Toro 3650 ($300) are both said to be about six or seven years old but used fewer than 10 times.

The 522 is not the EC model so you adjust the chute at the chute without a crank.

Both are electric start. The Ariens has a 5 hp Tecumseh Snow King. The Toro has a 6.5 hp which I believe is also a Tecumseh.

Assuming both are in excellent condition what is the opinion of the forumites regarding the best machine for the price? I realize both are great deals.
