Which do you prefer, Mercedes or Volvo? Both saws are very good and each has a loyal following.Pick up each one and see how it feels to you. Does the dealer have a test log? Is he knowledgeable with a good stock and qualified staff? This is more important than brand choice. FWIW, I would take the Husky but that is just me.

Those are some very nice pro quality saws. If you're asking those kinds of questions I have to wonder if you would use the saw enough to justify that kind of money. I think either will hold their value if well maintained. Knowing what kind of cutting do you want to do, reliability and support would better guide you. Feel is a personal thing. Some aren't affected by the vibe as much as others. Some like a full wrap.

Either of those saws is great. You don't hear significant complaints about either of them.
