I have a used Troybilt Pony Rear Tine Tiller with a 5HP Briggs Engine. The engine runs good, the tines move but the wheel drive lever doesn't seem to be working. The wheels are not locked up but the lever does not make them move forward or back. Does anyone know how I can find a manual? I can not locate a serial number plate. The only # I can find is stamped on the gear case which is 79 396. Also the engine has two oil fill spots, one on each side of the engine. This is confusing to me. Do I put oil in both of these? It also has a square nut plug on the gear case, what type of oil should I put in this? How full do I fill this? Thanks to all.
