Poulan Blower

I have a Weedeater Poulan Blower. Since day one it would only run on half choke. Now it must be set at 3/4 choke to run. Today it quit so I took it apart and found the head bolts to be loose so I tightened them. It now runs again but only at 3/4 choke. Any suggestions?

Might Try adjusting the carb. alittle richer, counterclockwise about 1/8 turn. If you have high and low adjustment screws???:?
