subsurface irrigation between hardscape

Hello,

I have a stamped concrete "stone" patio with the stones having about three inches of space between them. I am planning on planting creeping thyme [1] or corsican mint [2] in between and would like to install a subsurface irrigation system for watering.

After searching I'm having trouble determining what I need to buy for this project. Any pointers on what I need?

Thanks!
