Good. The mineral spirits - a solvent, degreaser, and paint thinner - did a couple of things. It loosened the accumulated gunk allowing the rollers to roll better and provided a brief lubrication. But the spirits evaporates. A suggestion: Once a year lubricate the rollers with a small amount of something like 20 or 30 wt. auto oil. Small amount is good, and wipe away any excess.

I work for one of the national garage door companies; I'm a service manager. What we use and recommend is a silicone based spray for your rollers and, also very important, your springs. Garage Door Lubricant works very well, goes on very fast with one of those long straws like you find on WD40 cans (works better than WD40). You should be able to find this at HD or Lowes or any garage door company. It does not collect dust or dirt the way oils will. Use once or twice a year.
