Hello all,

I recently purchased a used Honda FG 100 tiller. I have read through the posts and decided that I had better do a lubrication service to the unit, but, alas, I have no Manual.

I have changed the engine oil and cleaned/lubed the air filter.

But I'm not sure how to service the transmission. A couple of posts have mentioned access via the tine shaft.

Can anyone give me details on this procedure? How do I access the lubrication point, and what specific lube should I use?

And if any of you recommend any other service I should complete on this great little tiller, let me know.

BTW, I have a Troy-Bilt Horse as my primary tiller, and intend to use the FG100 as an in-betweeen-the-rows cultivator.
