outrageous in zone 5?

I was at the nursery yesterday and was very sidetracked by a couple roses. Sweet Fragrance just hopped in my cart. Outrageous almost joined her, but I couldn't find for sure that it would grow well in zone 5. I checked the rose search engine and it says it grows up to zone 6b. I know with a lot of baby and careful placement it would probably be ok here, but where I want to put this rose wouldn't be very sheltered (it'd go in my new "sunrise" garden on the corner, probably one of the coldest spots in my yard). I'm hoping since the local nursery carries it with a year gaurantee that maybe it can be grown in zone 5 successfully without creating a microclimate. Has anyone else grown it? Or do you have any other suggestions? Basically I'm attracted to the apricot bi-colors with strong scents.
