Johny,

What is the vertical height from the pump and your system mainline? Do you know what head your pumps are rated for? Do you still have the operating manual for the pumps? What did the store tell you exactly what was wrong with your system? Are sprayers and misters the same? Did you try to connect the heads directly without the Aqua Shuttle Distribution thing? I understand your frustration but unfortunately we need more info. What were you using the 265 GPH pump for previously? Another suggestion is to ask the hydropnics forum to compare your system with what they use. They are very knowledgeable about the irrigation they use specifically for hydroponics. Aloha

The vertical height for the pump was approximately 1.5 foot, which according the the owner's manual for the pump was still approx 136GPH.

I finally got tired of messing with the Aqua Shuttle system and went out and bought some 3/4" PVC piping, which i directly affixed to the pump. The piping is a total of probably 1.5 foot, and I drilled 3, 11/64" holes that I plugged 3 little 360º sprinkler heads into.

I got the idea from an aeroponic DIY I found on a marijuana grow website after doing a google search for my specific pump, haha!!

I fired that up, and it works like a charm! I got tons of coverage, and everything seems to be working well (except for the one plug a popped in with a hammer; that little sucker is leaking).

I assume the issues were just something having to do with that Aqua Shuttle thing. I think it was mostly designed with a garden hose in mind, but it's no worries to me; I'm in business now!!

Thanks and good luck everybody :)

Good job Johny,

You got the spirit. I don't know about that marijuana site but what the heck you gotter done. Aloha.
