“2nd time around with Sosna and their team. Current project was 3 bathroom renovations but because of time restrictions we decided on completing main bathroom now and deferring 2 remaining bathrooms until a latter date. Project was for complete renovation including new fixtures and painting. Project started and finished when indicated. Workmanship, again, was perfect. They stuck to timeframe were amazing with all our questions along the way. Project turned out amazing, time commitments met. Can't wait to complete other 2 bathrooms.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“I have renowned contractors a job to renovate my house and I honestly was not expecting much. Sure I was expecting an improvement but what they did went above and beyond my expectations. They did everything! It was like a one stop shop. From the outside walls to the inside floors and kitchen they not only flipped my house but my life as well. “Chris from Velusina was patient with me and my requests. He worked with my idea's for what the kitchen would look like and added his own touches that I didn't realize wouldn't work. The Velusina crew were always on time and professional. Right now I'm just saving up so that I can get Velusina back to work on the rest of my home because the rest of the house looks incomplete. “We had a master bathroom that was not touched for 30+ years. We spent time reaching out for quotes from some local reno companies. We ended up going with Bakerhill after meeting Mac and hearing how they operate. We received a written quote and were surprised at the attention to detail. From the detailed quote to the site visits, constant contact and communication, the crew was so great to deal with, extremely professional and caring, it was truly as painless as it could get. They had laid out the timeline and were very accurate. I have never had such a great experience with a renovation company. We love our new space.”

“We really enjoyed working with Aaron and Justin of Home Guru Inc. on our kitchen renovation and are thrilled with the results! They helped us to make our space more open, modern and functional. They listened to what we wanted and helped us work out the details of how to get there. As with any renovation, especially one where you are opening up and taking down walls, there were some surprises and setbacks, but Aaron and Justin worked diligently to help us attain our goals and try to stay within our budget. The thing we appreciated most about Home Guru was that we felt they were trustworthy and were always trying to do things in our best interest. We were never worried that they were trying to rip us off, cut corners, or give us the run around. They were reachable and easy to communicate with. One of their areas of expertise is in "smart" home automation, which we decided to incorporate into our reno. We adore the programmed lighting that adds to the mood of our space. Our favourite elements would be the in-ceiling speakers that we've added to the kitchen, living room, bedroom and backyard. We can now play or stream music all over house depending on our location and mood. Music is a big part of our lives and has become a part of our children's lives as well. Our new open-concept kitchen has improved the flow of our house and the overall feeling of the space. The kitchen looks beautiful and the cabinets and countertops are of high quality. We would highly recommend Home Guru to all our family and friends!!”

“We can highly recommend BLDG Workshop with complete confidence. In contrast to the many bumps along the way of our renovation and addition, the design process was exciting and enjoyable. Nathan and his team of professionals were timely and efficient, good at communication, and willing to work with the trades we had hired; however, their best attribute is of course their smart, inspired design! Our favourite part of working with BLDG was the collaborating... they are the experts but they listened to our ideas and were excellent at incorporating our whims and wishes. We will definitely be contacting BLDG the next time we build!”
