Rapid turn signal rate fixed.

I posted a request for help on fixing a rapid turn signal rate with trailer hooked up. The fix was provided by
gator_rider2 z8. My '97 Buick has 2 flashers (which I didn't
know), 1 for turn and 1 for hazard. I had been plugging the heavy duty flasher in the hazard flasher socket instead of the turn signal socket. End of problem.
