jody-4444, I am not familiar with the particular model and I do not know what information you seek. The rotavotor breaks up the soil to create a 'seed bed'. The final product is particle size up to a certain depth and these are achieved by a combination of forward speed of the machine, the rpm of the 'rotor' and depth of the tines. The depth is measured from the hub of the rotor to the 'shoe' of the tines. The tines should have some type of adjustment. The speed of the rotor depends upon the rpm of the engine and choice of 'gears' on the implement itself. The simplest variation is achieved by exchanging the position of two cogs (usually color coded) on the implement itself. The design should favor changing in the field (wrench only required). The forward speed depends upon the throttle setting and/or gear selected on the engine. It generally requires two or more passes of the implement to achieve the final depth and fineness of tilth. Each time either the rotor speed or the depth is changed. It can demand a lot of horsepower to achieve the finished effect in one pass depending upon the texture of the soil.
