Problems Starting Snowblower

Help, it's snowing! I purchased a Craftsman 2 Stage electric start snowblower a moonth ago used. It started up first time and every time. I thought I was listening when he showed me how to start it, but it won't turn over.

I have the throttle up to the rabbit and the other red switch (I think that is the choke) over to the right. I primed the blower by pushing the black rubber button about three times. (There is plenty of gas.) When I push the electric start is sounds like it is turning over, but the engine does not start. I thought maybe I flooded it beacuse then I tried pumping it again. So I removed the spark plug and tried wiping it, applied some alocohol to the plug dried it and put it back. What else can I do the snow is piling up???
